Glamour Grooming Elite Academy will open its doors in January 2024 becoming the 1st Minority-Owned Professional Dog Grooming Academy in the State of Tennessee.

Founded by Belinda Fisher-Hale, a Memphis TN native, she was certified in 2011 and has always aspired to educate dog lovers about the benefits, wellness and secrets of dog grooming, which is a billion-dollar industry

This program will be a six-to-twelve-month program in which each student will receive a certification from the National Dog Groomers Association of America (NDGAA) which encompasses both theory and practical training in-house
